Opioid Overdose Rescue Kits-Act 811
Arkansas Act 811 requires public high schools and state-supported universities to have opioid overdose reversal kits, to provide information on their locations around campus, and to provide training on how to use these kits.
Opioid Rescue Kits Locations
UAMS has placed Opioid Rescue Kits throughout campus. You can find these locations by going to theĀ UAMS Interactive Map (opens in a new tab).
To display the locations of the Opioid Rescue Kits, click on the “Public Safety” option on the left hand navigation bar. Then, select the checkbox next to “Opioid Rescue Kits“.
When you click on the icon that pops up, it will display extra information, such as specific location information and if it is located with a fire extinguisher or AED.
A PDF copy of the map with kit locations can also be found here.
